As part of the growing process for young adults, there are times when actions are taken that are not in the best interest of the Resident, the community or the property.
The Regency & Villas Management Team provides details in the Lease Contract about the disciplinary process as well as outlining fines that can be charged at the discretion of the Management Team.
💭 Disciplinary Process and Potential Fines ____________________________________________
At the Regency & Villas Apartments we do not benefit from an action that results in fining a Resident. Often fining does not resolve the issue at large, but it does often mitigate future incidences. The safety of our residents is our top priority and we use a Disciplinary Process along with fining to help mitigate poor behavior within our community.
It is crucial that the Management Team can ensure that every resident conducts themselves in a manner that is fair and equal to all residents of the Regency & Villas community.
What are examples of Community Violations?
- Excessive Noise Complaints
- Smoking inside the facility
- Guest Policy Violation
- Excessive parties
- Underage Drinking
- Destruction of Regency property
- and more
If any of the Community Policies & Procedures are violated, our Management Team reserves the right to apply one, or a combination of, the following actions in accordance with the Lease Contract agreed upon by all residents.
- Meeting with a Professional Staff Member
- Fines ranging from $50-$250 due within 10 days
- Police involvement
- University involvement
⚠️ The Regency & Villas Management Team has the discretion to apply any action it deems necessary to mitigate the risk to the community. Although most occurrences warrant a discussion and minor fine, we reserve the right to immediately escalate the punishment in even the first occurrence dependent on the severity.
