The Regency & Villas Apartments has thousands of packages delivered to our residents each year from USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL. Please note that the Regency & Villas Management Team at no time are responsible for delivering packages, tracking them on behalf of the resident.
We are happy to hold on to packages for a limited amount of time at our Front Desk, but we strongly recommend you work alongside your chosen delivery service to

💭 Where do I pick up my package?
The Regency Management Team accepts packages from any delivery service at our Main Lobby Desk on the 1st floor of the Regency. There are two ways that the delivery service chooses to deliver packages and our Management Team does not get to dictate which method they choose!
- Regency Front Desk. Often the delivery company drops packages off at our Main Front Desk lobby on the 1st floor of the Regency
- At Your Apartment. At times the deliver company will send the packages directly to your apartment door.
⚠️ The Regency Management Team at no time can control where the package is delivered nor do we deliver packages to your door! All requests must be made through your delivery service of choice as we are unable to provide access to your apartment to a delivery service and are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
💭 Will I get notified of a package?
Generally our Regency desk staff will email you when you have a package to pick up! The best way to know if the package has been delivered is to use your tracking information provided by the delivery service (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc.)
💭 What do I do if the packages says it was delivered but it isn't at the Regency Front Desk?
Contact your deliver service! Often the package is still at their delivery office for a variety of reasons. If not, the quickest way to get the package resent is to contact the company you placed the order through for them to send another package.
💭 What is "Return to Sender" (RTS) mean
Each of our delivery companies ask that we return packages to the sender should the address be in correct or if the name on the package is not a resident at the Regency & Villas Apartments at the time of delivery.
💭 Will the Regency Staff sign on behalf of my packages?
No! We are only permitted to sign stating we received the large bulk of packages. For instance, when USPS drops of 70 packages in one trip they ask a member of our staff to sign that they showed up but we cannot track t
