The Regency & Villas Apartments offers all of it's residents a free parking permit to park within the gated community! Each resident is allowed to have one parking permit and we are unable to provide additional permits for guests even on a temporary basis.
The terms "parking permit" and "parking pass" are completely interchangeable! There is only one permit/pass required so anytime you here either term just know it is referencing the exact same thing!
In order to park in our gated community, every Resident must...

- Display Parking Permit properly at all times

💭 Register Your Vehicle ___________________________________________
Registering your vehicle can be done at anytime online by following the proper link below. Every year the Regency Management Team provides residents a new parking permit, at no charge, to display in their vehicle in order to park within the community!
Once you have completed the proper online Registration Form below for the year you will be living at the Regency & Villas Apartments, we will contact you to pick up your parking pass.
⚠️ Note: You will not receive your parking pass until you have officially moved into your apartment, paid and picked up keys! We provide parking passes typically on Move In Day.

💭 Displaying Your Parking Pass _____________________________________________
The final step is displaying your parking pass properly and this is just as important as registering your vehicle. To avoid being towed at the owner's expense, it is very important that you always have your Parking Pass displayed properly on your vehicle!
What does the Parking Permit look like?
Here is a sample of what the Fall 2017 - Summer 2018 Parking Pass looks like for current residents. It is a reversible sticker that is placed on the front right or front left of the windshield. Each Resident has a unique number on their Parking Permit!
Where Do I Place the Parking Permit?
The parking permit needs to be placed in the front left or front right of the windshield.
💭 How to Pickup Your Parking Pass ______________________________________________
The Parking Pass, or Parking Permit, is provided to all Residents on the day they officially move in to their apartments assuming they have already registered their vehicle online at least 10 days prior to their Move In Day. The Parking Pass is provided in the Move In Packet by our Director of Resident Relations!
Can I Register for My Vehicle on Move In Day?
Yes, but you will not receive a parking permit! 🙈 You are welcome to register your vehicle on Move In Day, but you will not be able to receive your parking pass that same day and will have to park in the Guest Parking Lot until you have received your Parking Permit.We strongly suggest you register your vehicle online at least 10 days out from the day you Move In.
⚠️ Important Reminder ⚠️
Any time you do not have your Parking Pass properly displayed, as outlined above, you must park in the Guest Parking Lot to avoid the risk of being towed at the owner's expense! If you are needing a new parking pass or are moving in on a weekend outside of the main August Move In Weekend, you can pick up your Parking Pass with a photo ID between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday - Friday.
